By playing Bitcade you agree to these terms. If you're under 18, please read them with a parent or guardian.

Playing

Bitcade is free to play. We may add, change or retire games and features at any time.

Tickets, prizes and the Arcade Pass

Tickets, XP, prizes, boosts and other in-game items are part of the game. They have no cash value, can't be exchanged for money, and can't be sold or transferred outside Bitcade. If an optional paid Arcade Pass is offered, it unlocks that season's pass rewards for your account; purchases made through an app store follow that store's refund rules.

Be a good player

• No bullying, threats, hate, or sharing personal details (yours or anyone else's) in messages or names.
• No cheating: no faking scores, tampering with the game or its servers, or using bugs to get ahead.
• No impersonating other players or Bitcade staff.

We may remove names, scores, messages or accounts that break these rules, and we can block players from messaging. You can block or report any player from a conversation.

Your content

Your player name, initials, character and messages are yours. You let us store and show them inside Bitcade so the game works (for example, on score boards and in conversations).

Our content

The games, characters, art, music and code of Bitcade belong to us. Please don't copy or redistribute them.

No warranty

Bitcade is provided "as is". We work to keep it running and your progress safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of bugs, and we're not responsible for lost progress. To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → DATA → Delete my account. See the Privacy Policy for what that removes.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and announce big changes in the app. Playing after a change means you accept it.
